Patti was elected as Carroll County Recorder in 1989. Since taking office, she has improved both the efficiency and productivity of the department by implementing modern technology, allowing her team to better serve the community. Throughout her career, she has contributed to the Ohio Recorders' Association by serving on the Legislative Committee, chairing the Continuing Education program, and leading the Northeast District, in addition to her involvement with other committees and organizations.
Before her election, Patti worked for over 16 years with several physicians until their retirement and served as East Township Clerk for more than four years. She has held positions as Secretary and Treasurer of the Ohio Recorders' Association (ORA) and is currently the Vice President, with plans to assume the role of President this November.
